Good selection, slow delivery
I ordered a couple of bottles of Brunello di Montalcino, and the selection was really good. The website was easy to navigate, and finding what I wanted wasn't an issue. Prices felt fair for the quality offered. The only real downside was the delivery, it took 8 days to get to me, which felt a bit long compared to other places. Everything was well-packaged though, so the bottles arrived safely. Overall, a solid option but plan ahead for delivery times.
Got some Napa Cab, pretty good
Needed a nice bottle for a dinner party, so I picked up a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from 8wines. The process was straightforward, checkout was quick, and it arrived in about 5 days. The wine itself was pretty good, everyone at the party liked it. No complaints really, just a smooth transaction and a decent bottle of wine.
Fantastic Barolo!
I got a Barolo from here and it was absolutely amazing! The flavor was so rich, exactly what I was hoping for. Packaging was super secure, no worries at all. I'll definitely be buying more wine from 8wines, probably a Super Tuscan next time! So happy with this purchase.
Consistent quality, reliable service
This was my third order from 8wines, and they're always consistent. I decided to try one of their Wein Probierpakete this time, specifically the one with different Rhone Blends, and it was a great way to explore. In my previous orders, I got some Rioja Reserva and a few Bordeaux Blends, and the quality has always been top-notch. Delivery took about a week, which is what I've come to expect, and everything was, as usual, packed very securely. It's why I keep coming back; I know what I'm getting.
